Service Dogs
What is a service dog, and how can they benefit my life?
A service dog is a dog that is individually trained to do work, or preform tasks for an individual with a disability. A service dog can help benefit your life, because they are trained for specific tasks that are essential functions for your every day life.
We specialize in training PTSD and Mobility service dogs to assist handlers with specific tasks. The service animals we train provide crucial support, such as alerting individuals with PTSD during episodes, retrieving medications or items, and offering mobility assistance.
(Please note: dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans With Disabilities)

Our program guides you through the application process, offers 6-8 month payment plans, and provides fundraising ideas. Once your application is approved, we will evaluate a dog you already have (under 1 year old) or select a puppy best suited for service. Our training program takes 13-16 months from start to when they graduate as your fully tried service dog. Engaging in training for a service dog requires time, and financial commitment.
